A purchase contract dated 11.12.2023 was concluded with "FREKANS CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY COMPANY" LLC (previously - "SHAHARGAH" LLC), the winner of the open tender held on 15.11.2023 using the electronic procurement method on the purchase of the current maintenance service of the administrative buildings of the branches of the Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA) located in the cities of Baku, Sumgayit, Khachmaz, Shirvan, Imishli, Kurdamir, Lankaran, Ganja, Tovuz, Mingachevir and Sheki.
