Debt for the use of electricity

When a consumer (residential subscriber) is evicted from an apartment or private house, the new owner or tenant of the apartment or private house must request a certificate from the energy supply organization ("Azerishıq" OJSC) that he has paid for the electricity used before the day he moved out and has no debts for electricity consumption.

You can get a certificate on whether you have a debt for the used electricity at any "ASAN service" or "ASAN Kommunal" center. The service is free and available immediately.

Gas consumption debt

In the event of a change in the owner (user) of the gasified facility, the previous consumer must pay the debt for the use of gas before the date of the change of the owner (user) of the facility, obtain a certificate from the gas distributor and submit its Certificate to the new consumer.
