Terms of the contract between the consumer and the energy supply organization 

Relations between the consumer and the energy supply company are determined by the "Rules for the use of electricity" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 2, 2005 No. 18 and are carried out on the basis of a uniform contract.

Contract relationship with gas distributor

The relations between the consumer and the gas distributor are determined by the "Rules of gas use" approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic from May 12, 2011 of No. 80 and are carried out on the basis of the uniform contract attached to it.
