Copyrights

The content and structure of the information on the Agency's website are protected by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Copyright and Related Rights".

The agency is the owner of regulator.gov.az internet information resource (website), it has the rights to manage and use it, as well as to determine the rules of information placement in that information resource, to create the internet information resource, to own it and to use it.

Legislation on copyright in the processing, translation, publication, storage and (or) processing of information on the Agency's website, as well as disclosure, storage and (or) processing in electronic information resources or systems must be followed.
