Protection zone of electrical networks
In order to ensure the protection of electrical networks, to prevent accidents, the area of land from electrical networks to buildings, structures, water gap from the water surface to the bottom of the water, the minimum distances in the form of air space from the ground and water surface are considered protection zones.

 

“Dimensions of Power Grid Protection Zones and Requirements for Conducting Economic Activities in These Areas” were approved by Resolution No. 261 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated May 16, 2024.

Protection zone of gas networks
The protection zone of gas networks is the location of main pipelines transporting natural artificial hydrocarbon gases, condensate, compressed hydrocarbon and liquefied gases and other compressed hydrocarbons, including mine and intramine pipelines and collectors.

 

The decision "On approval of the Rules of protection zones and security measures in gas supply" in Azerbaijan was adopted on June 21, 1999.
