A non-residential electricity consumer is a legal entity or individual engaged in individual entrepreneurship who purchases electricity on a contractual basis and uses it through electricity receivers.

As of July 1, 2025, the number of non-residential electricity consumers in the country (excluding Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic) is 200,829.


Who are the non-residential consumers of natural gas?

A non-residential natural gas consumer is a legal entity or individual who purchases gas under a purchase and sale agreement and uses gas as fuel or raw material.

As of July 1, 2025, the number of non-residential consumers of natural gas in Azerbaijan (excluding Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic) is 46,573.

A non-residential heat consumer is a legal entity or individual engaged in individual entrepreneurship who purchases heat or hot water on a contractual basis.
