A non-residential electricity consumer is a legal entity or individual engaged in individual entrepreneurship who purchases electricity on a contractual basis and uses it through electricity receivers.

As of December 1, 2024, the number of non-residential electricity consumers in the country (excluding Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic) is 189,757.

A non-residential natural gas consumer is a legal entity or individual who purchases gas under a purchase and sale agreement and uses gas as fuel or raw material.
