The Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA) hosted a seminar on September 9-10, organized for AERA specialists as part of the EU4Energy Phase II Programme – Promoting the Clean Energy Transition in the Eastern Partnership Countries, with participation of experts from the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER).
