A Meeting was held at Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA) with a delegation of European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

The Board Chairman of AERA, Samir Akhundov, the Permanent Representative of the EBRD, Komola Mahmudova and other representatives of both sides attended the meeting.

Opening the meeting, Chairman of the Board of the Agency, Samir Akhundov expressed satisfaction with the cooperation with the EBRD and informed the participants about the activities of AERA, as well as the measures taken in the field of energy regulation in Azerbaijan.

Emphasizing the importance of relations between Azerbaijan and the EBRD, the head of the EBRD Permanent Representation in Azerbaijan Kamola Mahmudova spoke about the prospects for future cooperation in the energy sector.
