Within the 2022-2023 Inter-Forum Action Plan of the Azerbaijan-Turkey II Energy Forum "Regulation" working group, the next meeting was held between the experts of the Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA) and the Energy Market Regulatory Authority of Turkey (EMRA).

During the meeting, the experience of Turkey regarding the information system in the energy market was shared with the specialists of AERA.

EMRA's energy specialist Mert Demir brought to the attention of the participants of the meeting information on the legislative basis of the information system in the Turkish energy market, the collection of information on market operations and the systematization of reports.

Later, Hikmet Hasanov, head of AERA's Strategic Planning and Innovations Department, and Mehmet Kurkcu, Head of International Relations Group of Strategic Development Department of EMRA, spoke about the importance of such meetings.

The meeting ended with an interactive question-and-answer session.
