Specialists of AERA and EMRA hold meeting of 3rd Azerbaijan-Turkiye Energy Forum’s Working Group

Specialists of the Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA) and the Energy Market Regulatory Authority of Turkiye (EMRA) held the last online meeting as part of the 2024 Inter-Forum Action Plan of the 3rd Azerbaijan-Turkiye Energy Forum’s “Regulation” Working Group.

During the meeting, EMRA’s gas supply specialist Koray Kalaycıoğlu made a presentation titled “Turkiye’s Experience in Regulating Gas Markets”. He shared Turkiye’s experience with the participants regarding the gas market structure, market liberalization, and the current legislative framework.

The online meeting ended with an interactive question-and-answer session.
