A commemorative event dedicated to the memory of the architect and founder of the independent state of Azerbaijan, genius person Heydar Aliyev was held at the Ministry of Energy.
First, the leadership and staff of the Ministry of Energy and agencies visited the Alley of Honor, laid flowers and paid tribute to his dear memory.
Then the event continued with a meeting dedicated to the commemorative day of the founder of our national statehood Heydar Aliyev. Speaking at the meeting, Minister Parviz Shahbazov spoke about the achievements of Heydar Aliyev's far-sighted policy, which led Azerbaijan to economic progress, political growth and cultural renaissance in the most difficult periods of its history. It was noted that thanks to the phenomenal statehood intelligence of the Great Leader, his unshakable will, his strategic decisions aimed at great goals, the independent state of Azerbaijan gradually moved from the crisis to a smooth path of development, and the development of our country as a democratic and legal state was ensured.
In the speech, it was emphasized that the strategic development policy of Heydar Aliyev was continued under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, who fulfilled all the dreams and hopes of the National Leader and turned Azerbaijan into the most powerful state in its history. Countless achievements such as historical victory in the Patriotic War, the restoration of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our country, reconstruction and development in our liberated lands, successfully implemented energy projects, expansion of the ranks of our friends in the international arena, etc. were noted as clear examples of the realization of the dreams of the Great Leader.
Then a film about the life and activities of the National Leader was watched.
At the end of the event, a presentation on the implementation of the calendar plan approved by the Ministry of Energy in connection with the 100th anniversary of the wise statesman Heydar Aliyev was demonstrated and a report on the measures taken was made.
