Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency is proactively taking steps to follow the government guidelines as part of response to the coronavirus (COVID-19).

On August 5 2020, the Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency Samir Akhundov has conducted pre-booked citizen appointment by phone. During the phone interaction, the citizen talked about the issues he had, addressed his questions to the Chairman. Samir Akhundov emphasized that all raised issues will be reviewed and solved in line with the legislation.

While we follow government guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic, all face to face citizen appointments at AERA are now suspended, in order to protect consumers and staff.

AERA accepts citizen enquires via online appointments, video and telephone conference calls and responds them by email.
