Consideration of citizens' appeals

One of the activities of the agency is the consideration of disputes between manufacturers, suppliers, transmitters, distributors in the energy sector of Azerbaijan, as well as consumer complaints. Appeals of citizens (applicants) are accepted and considered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Appeals of Citizens” and “On Administrative Proceedings”.

Complaints against the administrative act of the Agency, as well as refusal to adopt an administrative act, action or inaction are considered in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Administrative Proceedings".
