The open tender procedure was canceled according to the subparagraph 11.1 of the “Law on Public Procurement” of the Republic of Azerbaijan, after the submission of a bid on 17 November 2022 in the open tender procedure held for the purchase of a one-year license for “5 host” on the right to use the software of “Webex meetings” for the Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA).
