To promote the implementation of projects involving energy efficiency measures, the Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency provides financing for pilot projects to be carried out by individuals and legal entities, as well as allocates subsidies and grants for projects.

The “Requirements for Projects Financed from the Energy Efficiency Fund” were approved by Board Decision No. 3-15/3-1-1/2026 of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated January 22, 2026.
