The Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA) is expanding cooperation relationships with foreign energy regulatory authorities in order to study international experience in energy regulation. So, within the framework of the Renewable Energy Investment Conference, held in Georgia, the Chairman of the AERA-Board Samir Akhundov met with the member of the Presidium of the Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA), Director of International Relations of the Austrian Energy Regulatory Authority (E-Control), Dietmar Preinstorfer.

During the meeting, the parties shared information on the activities carried out by the energy regulatory authorities of Azerbaijan and Austria and discussed measures that could be implemented jointly to exchange experience.
