A blood donation campaign was organized at the Ministry of Energy within the framework of the "For a Life without Thalassemia" program initiated by Mehriban Aliyeva, First Vice President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Employees of the Ministry and affiliated institutions voluntarily participated in this charitable action to help people in need of blood.

Doctors from a special medical team sent by the National Center for Hematology and Transfusion checked the health status of the donors and drew blood from them.

A total of 39 employees took part in the action.
