Chairman of the Board of the Energy Regulatory Agency Samir Akhundov congratulated the employees of the Agency on the liberation of Karabakh, the beating heart of Azerbaijan. He said that this great victory is the logical result of the wise, far-sighted, consistent and principled domestic and foreign policy, diplomacy and determination of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev.

Noting that the brave Azerbaijani Army gave great rejoicing and pride to the Azerbaijani people, Samir Akhundov wished God's mercy to all the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of the country and wished a speedy recovery to our wounded servicemen.
