AERA joined two international energy events in Minsk

The training courses entitled as “Housing and power usage effectiveness in buildings” started in Minsk. The event jointly organised by the UNECE, the UN-HABITAT and the Belarusian government will last from the 21st to the 24th of May, 2019.  

During the four-day courses a number of topics is being discussed, such as housing, urban development, energy supply and improvement of utility services in the Republic of Belarus. Multiple experts came from different countries of Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia share their experiences in the field. The Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA) is also being represented at the courses.    

On the same dates, there is another international energy forum to be held in the capital of Belarus. The 8th annual Eastern Partnership seminar for energy regulators started with participation of Azerbaijan. The seminar devoted to the digitalization is for discussing cooperation issues between representatives of energy regulators of the Eastern Partnership countries. The AERA representative is attending the forum by presenting detailed and informative presentation.
